Panu Oksala is a Microsoft MVP, CTO, and partner at Adafy Oy, a company specializing in customer-centric development and digital transformation. He has over a decade of experience in software development within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with .NET and Azure, and combines deep technical expertise with a continuous drive to explore and apply emerging technologies.
As a technical leader, Panu focuses on building and leading high-performing development teams that leverage AI in their daily work. He actively guides organizations in adopting modern AI-assisted development practices, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Kilo Code, and OpenCode, enabling teams to deliver software faster and more effectively.
